Since these products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on DigiWS.in are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Purchasing the wrong product.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to install or use the product.
  • Incompatibility with third-party software, hosting, plugins, or themes not mentioned in the product requirements.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • Requests made after downloading or accessing the product.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Immediate suspension of your account.
  • Permanent cancellation of all active licenses.
  • Restriction from making future purchases.

8. Returns

As all products sold on DigiWS.in are digital downloads, physical returns are not accepted.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges once a product has been downloaded or activated.
